Open House Friday for AIA Architecture Month

Lumen Solar, Collaborative Studio, and Interval graphic design are hosting an office open house this Friday, April 27 as part of AIA Architecture Month.  Stop by between 4-8 pm to mingle with Lumen and our multi-disciplinary officemates while enjoying some pupus, drinks, and music. 

We’re in Chinatown at 9 N. Pauahi on the corner of Nuuanu and Pauahi.  Buzz in at the door and head up to Suite 300 for a jolly good time!

Asia Pacific Clean Energy Summit

Lumen Solar will be among the over 1,000 attendees at this year’s Asia Pacific Clean Energy Summit, held at the Hawaii Convention Center today through September 2.

We’ll be attending sessions on solar hot water, renewable energy business models, and the regulatory framework for renewables in Hawaii, among others. In between we’ll be sure to sneak a peek at the new Nissan Leaf that is being unveiled at the Expo.

Another highlight of the week is the unveiling of the Global Sustainability Map, the “World’s First Map-Based Online Catalog of Sustainable Products and Service Providers” created by Group 70 International. This promises to be an invaluable resource for renewable energy businesses and consumers alike. Stay tuned for more on that.
