Something New Under the Sun…introducing Apricus!

Lumen is proud to introduce our newest supply partner – Apricus, a leading producer of solar hot water collectors. Apricus collectors utilize evacuated tube technology – an attractive, durable, and efficient technology that makes use of the superior insulating properties of vacuums. The result? You’ll get more hot water for your money, particularly under windy and variable temperature conditions.
Apricus was featured in the New Products section of October’s Building Industry Hawaii Magazine. Read it here!

Asia Pacific Clean Energy Summit
Lumen Solar will be among the over 1,000 attendees at this year’s Asia Pacific Clean Energy Summit, held at the Hawaii Convention Center today through September 2.
We’ll be attending sessions on solar hot water, renewable energy business models, and the regulatory framework for renewables in Hawaii, among others. In between we’ll be sure to sneak a peek at the new Nissan Leaf that is being unveiled at the Expo.
Another highlight of the week is the unveiling of the Global Sustainability Map, the “World’s First Map-Based Online Catalog of Sustainable Products and Service Providers” created by Group 70 International. This promises to be an invaluable resource for renewable energy businesses and consumers alike. Stay tuned for more on that.
